β Serve without expectations. β Teach others β andlearn from everyone. Humility is when you are strong, but don't push, butdo you support.
π± 4. Growth is not in comparison, but in depth
Ask yourself: β Am I looking for recognition from the outside - or from within? β Do I want to be better than others - or better than myself yesterday?
π Grow - not above someone, and deep into - toto its center.
π£ 5. In relationships: don't get too high - listen
β Listen actively. β Respect other people's voices. β Ask for feedback. Don't be afraid to see yourself from the outside.

Close your eyes. Imagine a circle whereeveryone is equal. Feel the tension dissolve, and is bornunity.
You are not above. You are together.
