πͺ Irritability is not a weakness, but an indicator.
Sometimes she comes quietly. And sometimes - like a storm. Nothing special happened, But everything irritates me. People, sounds, thoughts, even my own breathing.
What is this? Irritability is like a red flashing light. She says:
β "You're tired. Your space is violated. Something inside wants to be heard."
πWhat's behind the irritation?
β Overload- too many responsibilities, people, noise. β Suppressed emotions- anger, sadness, fear that were not allowed to come out. β Violated boundaries- when you said βyesβ although you wanted to say βnoβ. β Exhaustionβ the body needs recovery, but you continue to βplowβ.
π‘What to do?
1. Pause and acknowledgement Tell yourself honestly:
"I'm irritated. It's not my fault. But I want to understand why."
2. Give your body an outlet - Walk quickly. - Shake yourself (literally) - Scream into your pillow. - Breathe with your belly: inhale for 4 - exhale for 6
3. Restore the boundaries Ask yourself:
"What have I taken on that I didn't want? What is it time to let go of?"
4. Fill yourself with silence Even 5 minutes alone, without a screen, with your eyes closed is already medicine.
πΏ Mini-ritual "Clearing Irritation"
